This house was remodelled to create an open living space downstairs with two additional bedrooms upstairs.
In order to do this we first had to prop the existing first floor and remove the lower corner of the house. We then installed steels and built rooms with new steels.
The complete project created two additional bedrooms, a utility room and open plan living downstairs.
The job was completed on time and in budget.
